We aim to process and dispatch orders within 2–5 business days of your order confirmation – weekends and public holidays not included. If there's a product launch or sale happening, things might move a little slower, but we'll always do our best to get your goodies to you as quickly as we can.
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Australia – Standard shipping: 3–10 business days
- International – 7–21 business days, depending on your destination
These are estimates, not guarantees – but we're hopeful!

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size – no nasty surprises.

If your order appears to be lost in transit, get in touch and we'll lodge an enquiry with the shipping provider on your behalf.

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply to international orders. These charges are the customer's responsibility, and we're not able to control delays caused by customs. Worth keeping in mind before you order!
