T&Cs – Stripey Colouring In Competition
1. Promoter
This competition is run by Stunned Emu Designs (Wendy Binks), ABN: 22 142 219 103, based in Fremantle, Western Australia. Contact us for competition queries.
2. Entry period
The competition opens at 9:00 am AWST on 1 June 2026 and closes at 5:00 pm AWST on 20 July 2026. Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility
Open to children aged 16 and under who reside in Australia. Entries must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian on behalf of the child. By submitting an entry, the parent or guardian confirms they have authority to enter the child and accept these terms on the child's behalf. One entry per child.
4. How to enter
Download the official colouring page from the Wendy Binks website or pick one up at the Fremantle Markets. The child completes the colouring page, then a parent or guardian uploads a photo of the completed artwork via the online entry form. Entrants must provide the child's first name and age, and the parent or guardian's full name, email address, and Australian postal address. Incomplete entries will not be accepted.
5. Judging
Entries will be judged by Wendy Binks on creativity, originality, and interpretation of the artwork. Judging is subjective. Wendy's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Winner announcement and notification
The winner will be announced on 22 July 2026 and notified by email at the address provided at entry. The winner has 14 days from the date of notification to respond and claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this period, the Promoter reserves the right to re-award the prize to another entrant.
7. Prize
The prize is one Where's Stripey? pack valued at AUD $130. The prize is not transferable, not exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash in whole or in part. The Promoter will cover the cost of postage to a single Australian delivery address. International postage is not provided.
9. Use of the winning artwork
By entering, the parent or guardian grants Stunned Emu Designs permission to display the winning artwork on its website, social media channels (including Facebook and Instagram), and promotional material related to the competition. The winning child's first name and age may be published alongside the artwork. Surnames, contact details, and personal information will not be shared publicly.
8. Marketing communications
By entering, the parent or guardian agrees to receive occasional updates from Stunned Emu Designs by email. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
9. Privacy
Personal information collected through this competition will be handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles and used only to administer the competition, deliver the prize, and provide the marketing updates described above. Information will not be shared with third parties except as required to deliver the prize.
10. General
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, late, in breach of these terms, or that infringes the rights of others. The Promoter is not responsible for entries lost, delayed, or corrupted in transmission. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition if circumstances beyond reasonable control require it. By entering, you accept these terms in full.
