Did You Hear? captures the kookaburra in its natural state – opinionated, loud, and thoroughly entertained by whatever's going on. Wendy Binks has lined them up along a bare branch against a blazing gradient of red, orange, and gold and given every single one of them something to say. Some are mid-laugh; some are leaning in; some are pointedly looking the other way.
