At the centre of it all is Stripey, the little emu chick. His first book,Where's Stripey? won the WA Premier's Literary Award for Children's Books and has sold more than 180,000 copies. Since then he's been read on the BBC by Shane Jacobson, licensed internationally, and painted permanently onto the walls of the children's ward at Fiona Stanley Hospital. Book four lands in 2026, for his 21st birthday.

Wendy Binks has been painting Australian animals from her Fremantle studio for over thirty years – emus with attitude, cheeky quokkas, splendid wrens. What started at a single market stall has grown into a hand-painted world that families right across Australia have taken to heart.

Lots of products in the range can be customised with your place name and the artwork to suit your location – brilliant for visitor centres, galleries and destination retailers. Minimums apply, but Wendy's still a small studio and the numbers are friendlier than you'd think. Please contact us for more info.

A few lines (including the mugs and the plush) are produced overseas to a standard Wendy's happy to put her name to, but the design and artwork are always hers, always from WA.
