Shipping Information

Your order's about to go on a little adventure. Here's what to expect once you've hit checkout – from our studio in O'Connor to your front door, wherever that happens to be.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long before my order gets on its way?

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 2–5 business days of your order confirmation – weekends and public holidays not included. Wendy's a small WA team, not a warehouse the size of a footy oval, so a little patience goes a long way (and it means real people are packing your order with care).

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size – no nasty surprises, no padded handling fees.

How long will delivery take?

Once it's on the move:

  • Within Australia – around 3–10 business days, depending where you are
  • International – around 7–21 business days, depending on the destination

These are estimates, not promises – once your parcel's with the carrier, timing is in their hands.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

Oh no – let's fix it. Email us at info@wendybinks.com.au straight away with your order number and a couple of photos of the damage, and we'll sort out a replacement or refund. Full details are on our Refund & Returns page.

I'm ordering from overseas – anything I should know?

We'd love to send a bit of Australian wildlife your way. A few things to keep in mind:

  • Customs duties, taxes and import fees may apply, and these are the customer's responsibility. We can't control or predict customs delays.
  • Original paintings are shipped rolled in a tube to keep them safe on the journey.
My parcel seems to be lost. Help?

Most "lost" parcels are just having a slow day. If yours genuinely seems to have wandered off, get in touch and we'll lodge an enquiry with the carrier on your behalf and chase it down with you.

Will I be able to track my order?

Where tracking is available, you'll get the details by email as soon as your order's been dispatched. Keep an eye on your inbox (and the spam folder, just in case).
